Driver Profile: Khuram Yaqoob
October 2012 Driver of the Month was Khuram Yaqoob, driver number 2062.
Mr. Yaqoob moved to Canada from Pakistan approximately 10 years ago. He joined the Co-op Cab team in January 2011 and has excelled in customer service ever since. He plans to stay on the team for many years to come and wants to continue to help his customers.
Mr. Yaqoob always asks if there room for improvement. He wants to continue to strive as a cab driver and create a safe, enjoyable environment.
In the past year, Mr. Yaqoob has returned over 30 cellular phones to customers that accidentally left them in his cab. From his evident loyalty, he gained several regular clients.
