CORPORATE CARD
At Co-op, we provide a corporate card that can be used at any time; and companies know they have complete security and the ability to track their transportation expenses.
Our corporate cards have a four-digit PIN number to ensure the right person is using the card. They can be easily deactivated and reactivated as required. All cards are authorized and validated through a certified Point-of-Sale system and companies can choose a pre-set or open-ended tip function.
Invoicing is simple, with monthly billing of accumulated activity. All transactions are posted to your account in real-time with detailed tracking information such as date, time, vehicle identifier, tip and totals. To make your billing easier, passengers can input a reference number on each ride for billing back to your own clients.
CORPORATE GUEST CARD
Our Corporate Guest Card has no four-digit PIN number so you can give it to clients or prospective employees whenever they visit your office. This card may have a pre-set tip or open ended tip function and can be deactivated at any time, keeping your spending in check.
SPECIAL EVENT CARD
Known as the "Party Card", our Special Event Card is automatically deactivated after one use. It can be set with parameters such as activation and deactivation date or maximum amounts.
PRE-PAID GIFT CARD
Great for personal use, gift giving and employee incentives, our pre-paid gift card requires no minimum amount and can be used for all or just a portion of the cab fare, with the remaining fare paid by cash, debit or credit.
