Simply download the credit application or personal application , complete and fax it to our Head Office at (416) 504-0663. We require a minimum of 5 business days to process your application (all applications are subject to credit approval).

CO-OP has introduced a new plastic taxi card. The Special Events Card is the ideal transportation solution for group events.

ONE TIME USE SPECIAL EVENTS CARD
Corporate account companies wanted a "one time use corporate card" that would be enabled only for one use and immediately disabled. These cards are a type of corporate card account and are, like our existing corporate card, post-paid not prepaid. Upon card activation a dead-date, a maximum dollar value and a 'one time use' designation can be applied. This card operates in a taxi exactly the same way as our other corporate account cards.
Cards without a personal ID code can be assigned to an individual or a department.
All cards are authorized and validated through a certified Point-Of-Sale system.
Invoicing is simplified with a detailed transaction list, similar to your credit card bill. Back up copy is also available at any time.

CONTROL YOUR COMPANY'S GRATUITIES IN ADVANCE
The tip function on corporate accounts is either on or off. Corporate account companies that are customers of our taxi clients wanted to preset a tip amount so that their employee/guest riders would not be able to individually select a tip, if this option is selected. We addressed the need for our company to have the ability to preset a tip calculation when setting up a corporate account. Now the corporate account company can either select a dollar amount or a percentage (e.g. $2.00 or 15%) that would be automatically applied to every corporate account cardholder ride or the tip function can alternately be set to off disallowing any tip. This preset amount is displayed at the terminal level, can not be overridden by the taxi rider and appears on both the driver and cardholder receipt.
Taxi rider can input tip amount in dollar figure or percentage of total meter rate depending on your company policy. The tip function can alternately be set to off disallowing any tip or set to a default amount or percentage that can not be overridden by the taxi rider.

ALPHA NUMERIC FILE CAPABILITY FOR THIRD PARTY BILLING
Corporate account cardholders needed the ability to use an alpha numeric file number including a hyphen and a space in identifying the account to which their ride be ultimately billed. Now both the file number and ride id have been updated to be alpha numeric capable.
CO-OP Cabs Corporate Card payments can be completed in vehicle in 8 to 10 seconds, just like a credit or debit card.
Corporate Card user receives transaction record from Point-Of-Sale (Customer copy). Driver retains signed Merchant copy.
Taxi rider can input a file reference number (alpha numeric up to 10 characters) on each ride for your records or for billing back to your clients.
Your transactions are posted to your account in real-time and include detailed tracking information such as date, time, vehicle identifier, tip and totals.
