Co-op Cabs is pleased to offer our customers the convenience of a monthly charge account for taxi transportation. Simply download the credit application or personal application , complete and fax it to our Head Office at (416) 504-0663. We require a minimum of 5 business days to process your application (all applications are subject to credit approval).

Who is eligible?
If you are a business or individual, living anywhere in Canada or the United States , you are eligible to apply for a charge account with Co-op Cabs. A convenient idea for frequent business travellers visiting Toronto.

Co-op Cabs charge coupons can also be used for payment with selected taxicab companies throught out North America.

How does it work?
Upon approval of your application, we will mail you a supply of pre-printed taxi charge coupons. There are 50 coupons in a booklet. Coupons are sequentially numbered and pre-printed with your company name and Co-op Cab charge account number (see sample copy below). Simply fill-out the cost and details of your trip and give the coupon to the driver, for future billing and payment.

Invoices are generated monthly and are mailed to your home or office anywhere in Canada or the U.S. A signed copy of every used coupon is returned to you with each invoice for verification of the charges. All invoices are due upon receipt. * Payments can be made by cheque or credit card.

Coupons are designed on a 3-part NCR paper stock - similar to a charge-card transaction slip. Two parts of the coupon are given to the driver for payment of your fare...and one part stays with the customer as a reference copy.

Billing Efficiency
We offer a specialized billing service to meet our clients needs. An original signed receipt returned to you with each monthly statement- sorted and subtotaled. A separate statement for each department, individual or profit centre you designate.
E-mail invoicing. There is no need to re-enter coupon data into another database. Simply download the information we have already entered for you.
Monthly reports, if required, supplied to provide you with ease of budgeting, cash flow projects and review of expenditures. There are no additional administrative fees for generating an invoice as you need.
